The Building

These charming student apartments on Lindholmen are located at the address Pledjadgatan 7 and 9. The apartments are close to Chalmers Campus Lindholmen and right next to them is the river where tenants can go for nice walks.

Type of Apartments

Basic rent and monthly rent

As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.

The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space, heating, hot water, and electricity.

On the payment slip, two costs are added, for the obligatory internet connection, and also an obligatory fee of to the Council of Trustees.

The table above refers to the total rent per month, including additional costs of internet and fee to the Board of Trustees.

Furnishing, appliances, and fixtures

All of the apartments are unfurnished. The kitchenette has two hotplates, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Storage Unit

These apartments do not have a storage unit. It is possible to rent separate storage.

Parking facilities for bicycles and cars

Just adjacent to the front door, there is a locked bicycle room for tenants.

Laundry room

A communal laundry room is situated in each building. This room houses laundry stations each consisting of a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet. The room is accessible around the clock and bookable outside of the laundry room.

Postbox

A postbox per apartment for receiving mail is just inside the front main door on the entrance floor.

Recycling and waste-handling

As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste close to the building.

Common spaces

As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. Via The Council of trustees (FR) you can book billiards room, music room, cinema room, borrow tools, etc.

Swimming facility and roof terraces
At Gibraltargatan 80 there is a swimming pool and sauna. You can apply for access to the swimming pool and our roof terraces at Chabo and Gibraltargatan 80.
