Payment and charging
How do I pay my invoice?
You pay either on My Pages or at our customer reception just like before.
Do the electricity and hot water costs come at a special note?
No, all your costs come at the same note. Just like before.
Where do I see my electricity and hot water costs?
You can see this in your rent note. Today it is not possible to see your consumption, but one of our goals is that you should be able to follow your consumption.
How much will I pay?
This is a question that we unfortunately can not answer as it depends on your consumption. However, we would like to inform that the basic rent, furniture, internet and the fee to the Board of Trustees will be the same costs every month. The cost of electricity and hot water is based on your consumption.
How can I influence my costs?
An individual measurement and billing of electricity and hot water costs means that you as a tenant have the opportunity to influence your monthly costs. You can, among other things, reduce your costs through quick showers and low-energy lamps. Remember that it is from an environmental point of view that we implement this change.
Why is the change being made?
This is done for environmental and energy reasons.
What happens when I cancel my contract?
On your last rental advice, we calculate a cost based on your previous consumption. You will therefore not be charged afterwards.
Basic rent and monthly rent
As a tenant you will get a payment slip every month which makes the living expense predictable.
The basic rent fee is built up from rent of the living space, storage unit where applicable, heating, hot water, and electricity. Of the total rental fee, 100 SEK is the cost of hot water, and 136 SEK to 150 SEK is the cost of electricity, depending on the size of the apartment.
On the payment slip, the cost is added for the obligatory internet connection, currently 140 SEK per month, and an obligatory fee of 10 SEK per month to the Council of Trustees.
The table above refers to the total rent per month, including additional costs of internet and fee to the Board of Trustees.
Furnishing, appliances and fixtures
