Short-term contract
If a Master Apartment is terminated early, we rent the apartment as a short-term contract. Usually for a period of 3-6 months, depending on how close to the fall semester the apartment is terminated. In the autumn, the apartments are reserved for International Master students according to our collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology. Therefore, the apartments are rented out on a short-term basis for a quick period without the possibility of extension. You keep your queue date if you get a short-term contract. When we publish a short-term contract, we also provide information on how to apply.
Right now there are no short-term contracts available.
It is not possible to change the contract period so that they start to apply later. It is also not possible to extend a short-term contract. You waive possession protection in connection with being offered a contract. If, however, you wish to terminate the short-term contract in advance, a 7-week notice period applies.

You need to show your acceptance letter/Certificate of registration and your union membership. Read more about our tenancy rules here. Applications without certificates and contact details will not be processed. As there is a short response time, you need to keep an eye on your e-mail. We respond only through email.
