More frequent measures – faster fixes

Since August 2024, we are measuring customer satisfaction every month from August to May. This means you won’t know when you’ll receive the survey, but all tenants will have the opportunity to respond.

More frequent measurements give us quicker feedback on relevant issues and actions. Those selected each month will receive an email.

Everyone who responds to the survey is automatically entered into a drawing for a rent-free month and great gift cards.

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete.
