The Building
Spread out over six floors, you will find 118 student apartments which are located in the charming area Guldheden. Within walking distance, you will find the fitness center Fysiken and green areas. Right outside of the building you will find a bus stop, the bus will take you directly to Korsvägen and the city center.

How do I pay my invoice?
You pay either on My Pages or at our customer reception.
Do the electricity and hot water costs come at a special note?
No, all your costs come at the same note.
Where do I see my electricity and hot water costs?
You can see this in your payment slip. Today it is not possible to see your consumption, but one of our goals is that you should be able to follow your consumption.
How much will I pay?
This is a question that we can not answer as it depends on your consumption. However, the basic rent, furniture, internet and the fee to the Council of Trustees will be the same costs every month. The cost of electricity and hot water is based on your consumption.
How can I influence my costs?
An individual measurement and billing of electricity and hot water costs means that you as a tenant have the opportunity to influence your monthly costs. You can for example reduce your costs through quick showers and low-energy lamps. More tips are available under Energy saving tips.
Why do you implement IMD?
This is done for environmental and energy reasons.
What happens when I cancel my contract?
On your last payment slip we calculate a cost based on your previous consumption. You will not be charged afterwards.
Basic rent and monthly rent
As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.
The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space and heating.
On the payment slip, two costs are added, for the obligatory internet connection, and also an obligatory fee of to the Council of Trustees. All of the apartments have broadband with a speed of 1000 Mbit, there is no outlet for TV or analog telephone.
Furnishing, appliances and fixtures
All of the apartments are unfurnished. In every apartment there is a refrigerator and a freezer, the bathroom has a tile floor and tile walls. The kitchenettes have two hotplates.
Storage Unit
The larger apartments have a storage unit inside of them, the other apartments have a storage unit in the basement. It is also possible to rent separate storage.
Parking facilities for bicycles and cars
The locked bicycle room is located in a garage with one reserved space per apartment. Just adjacent to the front door, there are outdoor bike racks for visitors. There is no reserved parking space for cars.
Laundry room
The communal laundry room is situated inside the building, each consisting of a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet. The room is accessible around the clock and bookable via My Pages or outside each laundry room.
Postbox
A postbox per apartment for receiving mail is just inside the front main door on the entrance floor.
Recycling and waste-handling
As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste in or close to the building. On the ground floor, a special recycling room is located where you can leave all types of recyclable fractions. Outside the main entrance, you can leave your compost and other waste.
Common spaces
As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. Via The Council of trustees (FR) you can book billiards room, music room, cinema room, borrow tools, etc.

Swimming facility and roof terraces
At Gibraltargatan 80, within 5 minutes walk, there is a swimming pool and sauna. You can apply for access to the swimming pool and our roof terraces at Chabo and Gibraltargatan 80.
