The building

On Chalmers Campus Johanneberg you will find this building, with the address Rännvägen 1,3,5,7 and 9. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram stop, with several buses and trams to Korsvägen, Linnéplatsen, and Brunnsparken, etc. All of the apartments have a balcony or a French balcony.

Basic rent and monthly rent

As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.

The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space, storage unit, heating, hot water, and electricity.

On the payment slip, two costs are added, for the obligatory internet connection, and also an obligatory fee to the Council of Trustees.

The table above refers to the total rent per month, including additional costs of internet and fee to the Board of Trustees.

Furnishing, appliances, and fixtures

All of the apartments are unfurnished. Every apartment is outfitted with a stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, and a kitchen fan. All apartments have 1000Mb broadband access.

Storage Unit

It is possible to rent a storage unit.

Parking facilities for bicycles and cars

There are bike racks between the buildings for the tenants. There is no specific car park for the tenants or visitors, however, there is a car park on Gibraltarvallsvägen 2.

Laundry room

Two communal laundry rooms are located at Rännvägen 3 and 7. This room houses two laundry stations each consisting of a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet. The room is bookable through a booking table inside the laundry room.

Postbox

A postbox per apartment for receiving mail is located in the same room as the laundry rooms.

Recycling and waste-handling

As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste in or close to the building.

Common spaces

As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. Via The Council of trustees (FR) you can book billiards room, music room, cinema room, borrow tools, etc.
