The Building

This residence consists of 84 student apartments in the charming area Guldheden. Blåelden is located close to the fitness center Fysiken and a green area.
Chalmers Campus Johanneberg is only a short walk away. A tram stop is located close to the building, with a tram that takes you directly to the city center.
You can also ride your bicycle down to the city center, which only takes a few minutes.

NOTE! In this property IMD only applies for Electricity since we currently do not measure warm water!

Please note that 25% VAT is added to electricity and calculated on the payment slip from the same month the measurement starts, 2024-10-01.

Basic rent and monthly rent

As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.

The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space, heating, and hot water.

On the payment slip, two costs are added, for the obligatory internet connection, and also an obligatory fee of to the Council of Trustees.
All of the apartments have broadband with a speed of 1000 Mbit.

The table above refers to the total rent per month, including additional costs of internet and fee to the Board of Trustees.

Furnishing, appliances, and fixtures

All of the apartments are unfurnished. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, refrigerator, and freezer, the bathroom is fully tiled.
The apartments have a French balcony, with expectations of some apartments who have a regular balcony or patio.

Storage Unit

There is a storage unit for all of the apartments inside the building. It is also possible to rent separate storage.

Parking facilities for bicycles and cars

In the basement of the building, there is a locked bicycle room. Just adjacent to the front door, there are outdoor bike racks for visitors.
There is no reserved parking space for cars.

Laundry room

There are three laundry stations, each consisting of a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet.
The rooms are bookable via My Pages or outside of each laundry room.

Postbox

A postbox per apartment for receiving mail is just inside the front main door on the entrance floor.

Recycling and waste-handling

As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste in or close to the building.

Common spaces

As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. Via The Council of trustees (FR) you can book billiards room,
music room, cinema room, borrow tools, etc.
