Study control
With Studboadmin we perform study controls every semester. It is outside our website with its own login.
When it is time for the study control, you will get an email from no-reply@studboadmin.se.
New users in the system first need to register an account, you will get a welcome email with instructions. You then upload your certificates. There you will also see the due date for uploading your documents. It is important that you upload them on time, otherwise your apartment may be terminated.
Before the study control starts, we have sent a list for inspection to the Chalmers and Gothenburg University Ladok administrators. This means that we will not control all tenants, but only those who need to supplement after the lists from the Ladok administrators.
If you have recently moved in or have cancelled your contract, you are not affected by the study control. Nor if you have got an exemption from the study requirements or as a PhD/doctoral student have submitted an employment contract for the period.
The next study control regards fall 2025 and starts Monday March 2. You will get an email from no-reply@studboadmin.se. The first email applies to you as a new user to register. The second email is a request that you upload your certificates. If you already have an account, you will just get the email with request to upload your documents.
It might be a good idea to check your junk folder so you get our emails.
When you log in to Studboadmin, there are questions and answers about the study control. Should you not find answers to your questions there, you are welcome to email us at studiekontroll@chalmersstudentbostader.se
If you already know that you do not meet the requirements for the study control, you must cancel your contract. You can do this easily on My Pages under “Contract” and “Cancel contract”. Select a date from the drop-down list that appears with selectable dates.
If you have a masters-or shortterm contract you need to fill out this form to terminate the contract. (It’s not possible to terminate on My pages).
If you have not cancelled the apartment yourself when the study control is complete, your apartment will be terminated with 3 calendar months’ notice. It is stated in the termination letter, which is sent after the study control, date of termination, move-out date and when you need to hand in the keys.
