Short-term contract
If a Master apartment is
terminated early, we offer
it as a short-term apartment.
These contracts typically last
3–6 months, depending on
how close it is to the autumn
semester when the apartment
becomes available.
Since the apartments are reserved
for international Master’s students
in the fall, through our
collaboration with Chalmers
University of Technology, they are
rented out furnished and for a
fixed period – with no possibility
of extension.
If you’re offered a short term
contract, you’ll keep your queue
points and continue to collect
more during your stay, as long
as you have an active student
union membership.
Whenever we publish a short-
term contract, we’ll also
provide information on how
to apply.
