The Building

This student housing is located across from the fitness center Fysiken, and close to a green area. The building is within walking distance to Chalmers Campus Johanneberg and a grocery shop. There is a bus stop right outside, with a direct bus to the city center.

Type of Apartments

 The apartments of 18 m² are renovated with a tax reduction, therefore, there will be a reduction in the monthly rent until 2026-09-30. Your rent will be lower than on the published apartments and on your contract. (The exact amount is stated on each rental slip).

Basic rent and monthly rent

As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.

The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space, storage unit where applicable, heating, hot water, and electricity.

On the payment slip, two costs are added, for the obligatory internet connection, and also an obligatory fee of to the Council of Trustees. All of the apartments have broadband with a speed of 1000 Mbit.

Furnishing, appliances, and fixtures

All of the apartments are unfurnished. In every apartment, there is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a bathroom with a toilet, and a shower. The kitchenette/kitchen is equipped with a sink, built-in oven, and two hotplates.

Storage units

There are storage units for rent.

Parking facilities for bicycles and cars

There are many outdoor bicycle parking spaces with roofs over, for tenants. The car park, for both tenants and visitors, is located at the Emilsborg housing complex.

Laundry room

Communal laundry rooms are located in the basement of each house. The room is bookable via My Pages or outside of each laundry room.

Postbox

There is one mailbox per apartment to receive mail available on each floor.

Recycling and waste-handling

As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste close to the building. Outside the main entrance, you can leave your compost and other waste. Adjacent to the building there is a special recycling room where you can leave all types of recyclable fractions. For waste that can’t be fractioned adjacent to the building, there is a communal recycling station located at Gibraltargatan 94.

Common spaces

As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. Via The Council of trustees (FR) you can book billiards room, music room, cinema room, borrow tools, etc.

Your housing host

Jonny Skoglund is your housing host and will help you with fault reports and inspections of the apartment. Faulty reports are done through My Pages.
