Ready to move away from home? Exciting! We know there’s a lot to keep track of, so we’ve gathered all the important information here – so you can focus on the fun stuff.

Quick info

  1. Stay Tuned – Follow us via our website, digital notice boards, and Instagram.
  2. Change of address – Important to register your correct address to be eligible for housing benefits.
  3. Home Insurance – Mandatory throughout the rental period, protects against damage and theft.
  4. Keys – Collected on move-in day; can be picked up by a representative with authorization.
  5. Internet – Provided through CSB’s fiber network, except for certain addresses.
  6. Rent – Paid in advance, available as an e-invoice or PDF on My Pages.
  7. Apartment Storage – Option to rent extra storage if needed.
  8. Pool & Roof terraces – Registration/Access required.
  9. Council of Trustees – Provides access to event spaces, billiards, and a movie room.
  10. Faulty Report – Report issues via My Pages if something needs fixing in your apartment.

1. Stay tuned

Our information channels are mostly the web page, our digital boards in the entrance and Instagram.

Email/Newsletter
If we have something special to inform you about, we will send an email or newsletter.
It can be about for example:
– Urgent or planned works such as water and electricity shutdowns.
– When we need approval to enter your apartment with the master key.
Therefore, it is important that your contact information is updated on My Pages.

2. Change of address

Once you’ve signed a contract with us, it’s important to register your new address with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
Without proper registration, you might miss out on benefits like housing allowance. Are you eligible for housing allowance? Calculate at Försäkringskassan
(Only enter your student aid not the loan).

3. Home insurance

For your tenancy contract to be valid, you need to have home insurance during the entire tenancy period.
Home insurance will provide you with basic protection in the case of burglary, water damage or fire, etc.
Talk with your student union, they might have cooperation with an insurance company which can give you a discount.

4. Keys

When you move in, you will receive a couple of keys, to your apartment and your post box.
You will also receive two electronic tags, so-called Aptus-tags, which gives you access to communal areas.

You can get the keys from 14:00 on your move-in day at our Customer Service Office.

5. Internet

We offer wifi on most addresses, since we have our own fiber-optic network.

6. Rent

You will find your payment slip on My Pages.
For information what is included in your rent read more under “Our housing”.

Rent negotiations are performed each year.
We as the landlord must come to an agreement if we need to make rent adjustments.

7. Apartment storage

There are storages available to rent for primary tenants. Y
ou can rent one (1) extra storage even if you have a storage in the apartment or one that belongs to your apartment.
The cost for the extra storage will be added to your rent each month. Read more about our storages here.

8. Pool and Roof terraces

At Gibraltargatan 80 there is a pool facility with pool and sauna for women and men.

We have roof terraces at Gibraltargatan 80 and Kemivägen 7 you can use as a tenant at Gibraltargatan and Kemivägen.
You do not need to book the terraces since they are open for dropin between 08.00-00.00

9. The Council of Trustees

Get access to the party room,  Movie and music room etc through The Council of Trustees.

10. Fault report

If there is a fault in your apartment, please report it on My Pages.
