Housing host & fault reporting
Your housing host is your main contact for fault reports. Is something broken or needs fixing in your apartment or the building? Report the issue via My Pages. If you have any questions about fault reporting, contact our customer service at info@chalmersstudentbostader.se or call 031–772 97 00.
Urgent Faults
Need to report an urgent issue outside customer service hours? Call our emergency service at 031-772 97 97 (available 24/7).
Examples of urgent faults:

Water leak
– Report it immediately to prevent water damage. -
Power outage
– First check if a fuse has blown or if the power switch has been turned off.
– Completely de-energized room or damaged power line. - Frige, freezer or stove not working.

Broken glass
– Risk of injury or burglary. -
Pests
– Suspect bedbugs? Contact us, and we will report it to Anticimex and inspect your apartment. For other pests, contact Anticimex directly.
Can we use Master Key?
If you report an issue through My Pages, you can choose right away whether we are allowed to use the master key if you’re not home.
If you’re okay with us using the master key, please make sure to actively select “Yes” before submitting your request.
The system currently defaults to “No” if no choice is made. We’ve noticed that many tenants who initially select “No” later change their minds when the Housing host calls to confirm.
To streamline the process, we are working on updating our property system so that you must actively choose either “Yes” or “No” before submitting your request. Our hope is to have this resolved soon!
