Your Housing Host

Your housing host is your main contact for fault reports. You can find their contact details on the digital screens in your building or on My Pages.

Fault Reporting

Is something broken or needs fixing in your apartment or the building? Report the issue via My Pages.

Urgent Faults

Need to report an urgent issue outside customer service hours? Call our emergency service at 031-772 97 97 (available 24/7).

Examples of urgent faults:
  • Blocked drain
    – Try removing the blockage. If that doesn’t help, report it immediately.

  • Water leak
    – Report it immediately to prevent water damage.

  • Power outage
    – Completely de-energized room or damaged power line.

  • Broken glass
    – Risk of injury or burglary.

  • Pests
    – Suspect bedbugs? Contact us, and we will report it to Anticimex and inspect your apartment. For other pests, contact Anticimex directly.

Can we use Master Key?

If you report an issue through My Pages, you can choose right away whether we are allowed to use the master key if you’re not home.
