About Our Student Housing

Chalmers Studentbostäder owns and manages over 2 300 student and researcher apartments in Gothenburg. Our houses are centrally located, close to either Chalmers Campus Johanneberg or Campus Lindholmen. All our houses have excellent connections to central Gothenburg, either by bike or public transport.

Future Investments and Sustainable Development

We are actively working with sustainability and new developments to meet the high demand for student housing in Gothenburg. Our goal is to build 1,000 new student apartments by 2029. Read more about our new developments here.

A Non-Profit Foundation

Chalmers Studentbostäder operates as a foundation and is not profit-driven in the same way as a commercial company. Any surplus is reinvested to create a safe and pleasant living environment for our tenants.

Improved Service and Accessibility

To enhance our customer service and accessibility, we introduced a new property management system in 2015, making it easier for our tenants to get the support they need.
