Our newsletters are more than just “news.” They are our primary tool for
sharing important information about
your apartment, your area, and
your tenancy with us.

Since regular email services like
Outlook have technical limitations
(we can only email up to 400
recipients at a time before it
is marked as spam), we use a
system called Get a Newsletter.
This allows us to reach all tenants
at once – without the risk of
being blocked.

Our newsletters include things like:

• Service disruptions or planned
  maintenance work

• Updates and changes
  in your area

• Tips on how to make the
  most of your housing

• Invitations to competitions,
  events, and activities

• Important reminders (e.g. before
  term starts or during move-in/
  move-out periods)

At the moment, it’s not possible to
choose between different types of
content.

This means that if you unsubscribe,
you will not receive any emails from
us at all, including those that may
affect your housing directly.

If you unsubscribe from our newsletters, you will no longer receive:

• Information about maintenance or changes affecting your apartment

• Important messages related to your housing

• General updates from Chalmers Studentbostäder

If you’ve unsubscribed by mistake or changed your mind – just contact
us and we’ll help you re-subscribe.

We use the contact details you registered on My Pages when
ou became a tenant. Your information is only used to
communicate with you during your tenancy.
