Here we’ve gathered everything you need to know about keys: what to do if a key goes missing, how to order additional keys, and how we use the master key in a safe and controlled way when we need access to your apartment for planned work.

1. Keys Upon Move-In
When you move in, you’ll receive:
– Keys to your apartment and mailbox.
– Two Aptus tags (electronic key fobs) for access to shared spaces and the swimming facilities.
Important to Note:
– Keys are valuable items. If the lock needs to be replaced, the cost will fall on you as the tenant.
– Keep your keys secure, for example, in a pocket or compartment that can be properly closed.

2. If You Lose Your Key
If your key is lost or stolen:
– Report it immediately: Contact us so we can replace your apartment lock and deactivate the Aptus tags.
– This is crucial for your safety and that of your neighbors.
3. Ordering Extra Keys
Need an extra key or Aptus tag?
– Contact our customer service desk: We’ll be happy to help.
– Important: Only those with a primary tenancy agreement can order extra keys.
– Remember to bring your ID.
4. Master Key – When do we use it?
In order to carry out certain types of work in your apartment, we sometimes need access to your apartment when you are not there. This may include repairs, installations, or other essential maintenance tasks.
