New queuing system

Timeplan
• Tuesday 28th of March we will publish apartments on Boplats for the last time
• After 28th of March we pause the rental and it will continue earliest on 17th of April in our new queuing system on our website.
• Those of you who are in the Boplats queue can use 365 points from Boplats in our new queuing system. This option expires 1st of September.
• If you have registered in our queue before 6th of April 2017 will have 1st of April as registration date, which means the days will be counted from 1st of April.

How do I register?
How you register depends on whether you are a current tenant or not, it´s easier if you are a tenant.

I am a tenant right now. How do I register?
As a current tenant you already have an account at “My pages” and you don´t need to do anything else. We will activate your account in the new queue and ensure that you get your days from Boplats.
If you are a subtenant you need to register by your own in the new queue.

I want to be a tenant. How do I register?
You can register in our new system at latest 1st of April and you have until 5th of April to register and get 1st of April as registration date, which means the days will be counted from 1st of April.

Can I register without a Swedish social security number?
Yes you can, the system will provide you with a temporary identity. As soon as you get a Swedish social security number you need to contact our customer service to update your profile.
If you want to use your queuing points from Boplats you need to fill in your registration date and upload a screen-shot from Boplats website (under the tab contact) with your personal number and days at Boplats. We will control these facts when you sign a contract for an apartment with us.

New rules
Our new rental rules will take place 1st of April which for example means you need a membership in a student union. Prior to being accepted as a student you can collect preparatory queue points of one point per day calculated from the day of registration. The maximum number of preparatory queue points is 365. After that membership in a Student Union is required for queue points to accumulate further.

How do I prove that I am a member of a student union?
You don´t have to. On a daily basis we get the information which of the persons who are registered in our housing queue that are members in a student union.
You can read more about the new tenancy rules in Documents/Forms.
You will have more information about the new queueing system in the release, latest 1st of April.
