Do you need someone to talk to?
Here you can find support and
ways to get in touch. As a
student, it can sometimes feel
stressful or overwhelming.
That’s not unusual, and you
are not alone. The most
important thing is to know
that support is available,
and that it’s okay to reach
out when you need it.
Mental health challenges can
show up in different ways,
for example as low mood,
anxiety, or sleep difficulties.
Talking to someone can
be a first step towards
feeling better.
