It is possible to rent a storage unit if you are a primary tenant. You can rent an (1) extra storage even if you have one that comes with your apartment. The cost of the storage unit will be added on top of your rent every month.

Apply for a storage unit

You can rent a storage unit if you are a primary tenant. You can rent an extra storage even if you have one that comes with your apartment.
The cost of the storage unit will be added on top of your rent every month.

Apply for a published storage 

We apply the policy “first come, first served” based on when we received your application. When the storage unit has been allocated we will remove the queue. Unfortunately,
we are unable to save your application for any storage units available in the future.

Applying is binding
Applying for a storage is binding. If you apply and then change your mind the notice period applies.

Termination of your storage unit

When your apartment is terminated, your storage unit agreement is automatically terminated at the same time. The notice period is seven (7) weeks.

Types of storage units & prices

Only examples and not available to rent.

Gibraltargatan 78
Storage units, which are 4 m² and cost 150 SEK per month.

Totally 11 units.

Gibraltargatan 80
Closed storage units, which are 3 m² and cost 150 SEK per month.

Totally 23 units in the basement.

Gibraltargatan 82 B
Cage storage units, which are 2 m² and cost 50 SEK per month. Some units have pipes in the ceiling, the rent for these is therefore reduced to 30 sek per month.

Totally 21 units in the basement.

Gibraltargatan 84–92
Storage units, which are 2 m² or 3 m². They cost 75 sek per month respective 113 sek per month.

Totally 42 units.

Gibraltargatan 94
Cage storage units, which are 1 or 2 m² and cost 30 sek respective 50 sek per month. Some units have pipes in the ceiling, the rent for these is therefore reduced to 30 sek per month.

Totally 45 units in the basement.
