SMS – If we send SMS messages, the sender
will appear as CSB. This may involve urgent
matters, such as approval of the master key
when there is little time left before the work
is to be carried out.

How Our Newsletters Work
We use newsletters as one of our most important
ways to communicate with you as a tenant.

2. Change of address
Once you’ve signed a contract with us, it’s
important to register your new address with
the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
Without proper registration, you might
miss out on benefits like housing
allowance. Are you eligible for housing
allowance? Calculate at Försäkringskassan
(Only enter your student aid not the loan).
To register your move, simply visit the
Swedish Tax Agency’s website and log
in using your e-ID. Make sure to do this
in advance or no later than a week after
moving in—this way, your new address
will be valid from your move-in date!
Since July 1, 2018, it’s illegal to provide
incorrect information or fail to update
your address when you move.
3. Home insuranceFor your tenancy contract to be valid, you Home insurance will provide you with

4. Keys
When you move in, you will receive a couple of keys,
to your apartment and your post box. You will also
receive two electronic tags, so-called Aptus-tags,
which gives you access to communal areas. You can
read more about your keys and how to order extra
via this link.
You can get the keys from 14:00 on your move-in
day at our Customer Service Office.
Directions on Google maps
When you are unable to collect the keys yourself,
you can send someone else. Fill out the Power of
Attorney for Key collection.
5. Internet
We offer wifi on most addresses, since we have
our own fiber-optic network. More about
Internet and TV.
6. Rent
You will find your payment slip on My Pages.

How to register for e-invoicing:
1. Log onto your Swedish Internet bank.
2. Click until you come to the Application for
E-invoicing (”Anmälan e-faktura”) or
(Application for Electronic Invoicing
(”Anmälan av elektronisk faktura”).
3. Seek for Stiftelsen Chalmers
Studenthem on the list and register.
4. Done! The electronic invoice will
come to your bank account every month.
Please remember to authorize the payment
on your internet bank every month.
The electronic invoice will not be drawn
automatically. Please contact your bank
if you experience problems authorizing
invoices.
Rent negotiations are performed each year.
We as the landlord must come to an agreement
if we need to make rent adjustments. More

7. Apartment storage
There are storages available to rent for
primary tenants. You can rent one (1)
extra storage even if you have a storage
in the apartment or one that belongs to
your apartment. The cost for the extra
storage will be added to your rent each

8. Pool and Roof terraces
At Gibraltargatan 80 there is a pool facility
with pool and sauna for women and men.
We have roof terraces at Gibraltargatan 80
and Kemivägen 7 you can use as a tenant at
Gibraltargatan and Kemivägen. You do not
need to book the terraces since they are open
for dropin between 08.00-00.00
To get access you need to fill out a form to get
access on your Aptus tag. Read more and fill
out a form under Document & Forms.
9. The Council of Trustees
Get access to the party room, Movie and music
room etc through The Council of Trustees.

10. Fault report
If there is a fault in your apartment, please
report it on My Pages.
