Electricity Agreement
for Tenants

Shared Electricity Agreement:
As a tenant, you do not need to sign your own
electricity contract; instead, electricity is
purchased collectively for all residents. -
Electricity Cost in Rent:
In some apartments, electricity is included as
a fixed amount in the rent, while in others, we
use individual metering, and the cost of
electricity consumption is added to the rent. -
Our Electricity Supplier:
Din El is our electricity supplier, and the price
you pay reflects our actual cost. The price
includes* all fixed and variable fees for both
electricity and the grid. -
Electricity Net:
The electricity net is purchased from
Göteborg Energi. -
Individual Metering (IMD):
*For apartments with IMD (Individual Metering
and Billing) of household electricity and/or hot
water, different terms apply.
Too hot in your apartment?

| 1.Roll down the blinds or curtains. Close the windows and close the curtains when the sun is at is hotest during the day, in order to keep the cold inside. | ||
| 2.Air the room during evenings and nights. Open your windows during evenings or nights, since the outside temperature is lower at this time. | ||
| 3.Turn off electrical equipment. The computer and other electronic devices generate heat and can add to a warmer indoor temperature. | ||
| 4.The window ventilators in your apartment should be open. The property is constructed to have a working airflow. If the ventilators are closed it will not work. | ||
Too cold in your apartment?
When the outside temperature changes
quickly, your apartment might get cold,
since the heating system needs some
time to adjust. This can take a couple
of days.

If you feel that it is very cold or cold for a longer period,
please make a fault report on My Pages. We will visit
your apartment and measure the temperature and fix it.
If you want to, you can measure the temperature yourself.
It should not be colder than 20 degrees Celsius.
