The rents are monthly and may
change with standard increases
(e.g., new kitchen). They are
adjusted every year during
rent negotiations.
Description
The base rent is fixed and specified in the housing
advertisement. In some properties, additional
variable costs may apply, such as individually
metered household electricity and/or hot
water (IMD)
