We have entered into an agreement to acquire land from Akademiska Hus. The site is located at Gibraltarvallen near Chalmers University of Technology. We plan to develop at least 300 student rooms on this land.
The transaction will be carried out as a corporate acquisition, with possession taking place once the building permit has gained legal force.
