Since August 2024, we’ve been measuring satisfaction every month from August to May. You won’t know when, but every resident will get a chance to respond. The more frequent surveys give us quicker feedback on relevant issues and solutions. Those selected each month will get an email. Everyone who answers is automatically entered into a draw for a rent-free month or great gift cards.
