As of July 1, 2024 the rent discount that has been reduced from your rent since 2019 will change.
– For Gibraltargatan 82B, the amount changes from SEK 379 to SEK 91 per month.
– For Gibraltargatan 94, the amount changes from SEK 366 to SEK 81 per month.
Background
When we performed a ROT renovation in 2018, we were awarded a grant which is distributed among the concerned apartments until 2026-09-30. This has meant that the rent has been reduced every month with the help of the grant.
What is the reason for the change?
The reason the rent reduction is changing is the final grant we received from Länsstyrelsen “The County Administrative board” was lower than estimated.
