New website and new property system

During February we will be changing our property system totally. You will see this most clearly on our Website, which we hope you like and find easy to navigate. But the big changes are taking place ”behind the scenes”.

There is a completely new business system, or property system, as we call it in our industry. This is a positive change for both you as the tenant as us as the property owner. The new system provides us with many opportunities that we will gradually be able to take advantage of. Not least, when it comes to communicating smoothly and professionally with our tenants.

A piece of good news is the return of the function that allowed tenants in most of our buildings to unlock access doors through the Website. The old system crashed in the autumn and could not be repaired. You can find this function under ”My Pages”.

The major change when it comes to our Website is that information previously under the Tenants’ Portal is now under ”Living with us”. On “My Pages” which only you can access, you will find specific information about your apartment. You have received a letter with your login details and when you login you will be able to report faults, view your tenancy contract and check whether you have paid your rent.
