This cooperation has started in order to make it easier for our tenants since we receive a lot of questions regarding if we can recommend a cleaning company.
If you use WW-Städ when it is time to move out you are guaranteed that the cleaning inspection will be approved. You will get the opportunity to use RUT-tax deductions which will give you a lower price for the cleaning. RUT-tax deductions can be used if the person who books the cleaning has a Swedish personal identity number and has worked in Sweden. When you book WW-Städ you need to remember to book the cleaning so that WW-städ have time to clean the apartment and return the keys before deadline which is 10.00 am on the day your contract ends.
If you use WW-Städ you leave the keys in the reception at Chalmers Studentbostäder and WW-städ collects them there.
Remember to empty the apartment and defrost the freezer before WW-städ comes to clean the apartment.
