Rent negotiation
The foundation Chalmers Studenthem and Förtroenderådet at Chalmers Studenthem have negotiated the rent for 2024. Negotiations have been conducted with the support of the negotiation policy between the parties.
The agreement states that rent for the apartments at The foundation Chalmers Studenthem will be increased by 5,3% as of 2024-02-01.
Mandatory Fees
Network fee will remain unchanged SEK 165 per month.
The fee to Förtroenderådet at Chalmers Studenthem remains unchanged SEK10 per month.
