This week we at Chalmers student housing have reached a new step in our project planning. It is a big step forward towards achieving our strategic goal of expansion and volume increase until the year 2030.
On Tuesday (13/12), the Building Board in its meeting approved the Holtermanska detailed plan for adoption by the Municipal Council in March 2023. If the detailed plan is not appealed after adoption by the Municipal Council, the detailed plan can win law in April 2023, if it is appealed, the plan will gain legal force later. We have slowly and consistently together with our investigative/design consultants for many years, in collaboration with the planning office and with the property office, worked on the detailed plan.
The project consists of 4 new building blocks comprising up to 350 student and researcher housing, 8 BMSS apartments and office premises.
We are ready for the next step in our expansion!
