Unfortunately, it’s hard to get a student apartment in Gotheburg. We are trying to change that by, amongst other things, building new student housing! We are also continuously making sure that our tenants have a right to the rental agreement that they have.
To hold a contract, the undergraduate tenant must fulfill some requirements, such as pass several courses and be a paying member in one of the following Student Unions in Gothenburg:
- Chalmers Student Union
- Sahlgrenska Akademins Student Union
- Konstkåren
- Göta Studentkår
- Handelshögskolans in Gothenburg Student Union

During the following weeks, we are going to check that all undergraduate tenants have received at least 7,5 credits during the last semester. We will recieve the information via Ladok, which means that you won’t have to send us information. Do you need an exception from our requirements? Please fill out this form and submit it to us as soon as possible!
