    1. Collecting Your Keys<\/h3>\n

    Pick up your keys at our Customer Service Office <\/a>\u2192<\/a> <\/a>from 14:00 on the first day of your contract.<\/p>\n

    Remember to bring a valid ID! Contract details, including dates, can be found on My Pages<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Can\u2019t make it? No problem – You can authorize a friend to collect the keys fill out the digital form<\/a><\/p>\n

    2. Rent and Payments<\/h3>\n
    What’s Included?<\/h5>\n

    Check your contract to see if electricity<\/strong> and hot water<\/strong>\u00a0are included in your rent (varies by building).<\/p>\n

    Furniture, internet, and tenant association fees are added to the base rent.<\/p>\n

    For Gibraltar Guest House <\/a>\u2192<\/a><\/a> and Gibraltargatan 84-92 <\/a>\u2192<\/a><\/a>, electricity and hot water are adjusted based on usage.<\/p>\n
