    2. Collecting Your Keys<\/h2>\n

    Key Collection Time
    \n<\/strong>Keys can be picked up at our Customer Service Office upon presentation of valid ID,
    \nat 14:00 on the first weekday after the contract takes effect at the earliest.<\/p>\n

    If the contract starts on a holiday, you can move in on the next coming weekday.<\/p>\n

    Representative Pickup<\/strong>
    \nThe researcher or a representative of the institute named in the contract can
    \npick up the keys.<\/p>\n

    Friend Pickup<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    If you cannot collect the keys during our opening hours, you can send a friend.<\/p>\n

    3. Rent, Payments & Rent Negotiations<\/h2>\n

    Included in Rent<\/strong>
    \nThe rent stated includes electricity, hot water, furniture, Internet connection, and fee to The Council of Trustees.<\/p>\n

    VAT<\/strong>
    \nThe 12% VAT payable in the Guest House (Eklandagatan) is also charged in the rent.<\/p>\n

    Payment Method and Annual Negotiations<\/strong>
    \nRent negotiations are performed each year. We as the landlord must come to an agreement if we need to make rent adjustments.<\/p>\n
