    1. Keys Upon Move-In<\/h3>\n

    When you move in, you\u2019ll receive:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – Keys to your apartment and mailbox.<\/p>\n

    – Two Aptus tags (electronic key fobs) for access to shared spaces and the swimming facilities.<\/p>\n

    Important to Note:
    \n<\/strong>– Keys are valuable items. If the lock needs to be replaced, the cost will fall on you as the tenant.<\/p>\n

    – Keep your keys secure, for example, in a pocket or compartment that can be properly closed.<\/p>\n

    2. If You Lose Your Key<\/h3>\n

    If your key is lost or stolen:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – Report it immediately:<\/strong>\u00a0Contact us so we can replace your apartment lock and deactivate the Aptus tags.<\/p>\n

    – This is crucial for your safety and that of your neighbors.<\/p>\n

    – Important:\u00a0Only those with a primary tenancy agreement can order extra keys.<\/p>\n

    – Remember to bring your ID.<\/p>\n
