If it is not properly cleaned, you need to contact us directly! You need to contact us the same day you collect your keys and before you put all your things in the apartment. Of course, we do our best, in cooperation with a cleaning company, to clean the apartment before you move in. The link below is the checklist for cleaning before moving out. You will need to make a password reset under &#8220;First visit&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Remember to contact us with a copy of your ID when you have got a Swedish social security number.
