Every<br \/>\napartment is equipped with a single bed<br \/>\nincluding a bedside table, chairs, Kitchen<br \/>\ntable, armchair and lights, a stove, an oven,<br \/>\na fridge\/freezer, a cooker hood, blinds,<br \/>\na shower curtain rail, and a clothes hanger.<br \/>\nChalmers made an apartment tour in one of<br \/>\nour apartments in Gibraltar Guesthouse,<br \/>\nwhich you can see above this section.<\/p>\n<h2>Storage Unit<\/h2>\n<p>Every apartment has a storage unit inside<br \/>\nthe apartment, there is also room for bicycles.<\/p>\n<h2>Parking facilities for<br \/>\nbicycles and cars<\/h2>\n<p>Bicycles can be parked in each apartment.<br \/>\nThere is no parking for cars that are just for<br \/>\ntenants, but there are other parking facilities<br \/>\nclose to the building.<\/p>\n<h2>Laundry room<\/h2>\n<p>A communal laundry room is situated on the<br \/>\nground floor. This room houses three laundry<br \/>\nstations each consisting of a washing machine,<br \/>\na tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet.<br \/>\nThe room is bookable outside the laundry<br \/>\nroom. We have taken the next step towards<br \/>\nenvironmentally friendly living and will start<br \/>\nusing automatic detergent dosing. This means<br \/>\nthe washing machines will provide you with<br \/>\ndetergent for every wash and you do not have<br \/>\nto add your detergent. Furthermore, it is not<br \/>\npossible to use softener.<\/p>\n<h2>Postbox<\/h2>\n<p>A postbox per apartment for receiving mail is<br \/>\njust inside the front main door on the entrance<br \/>\nfloor.<\/p>\n<h2>Recycling and waste<br \/>\nhandling<\/h2>\n<p>As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your<br \/>\nhousehold waste adjacent to the building.<\/p>\n<h2>Common spaces<\/h2>\n<p>As a tenant, you have access to several facilities<br \/>\nin our properties.
