Storage unit included
\nwith your apartment<\/h2>\n

Some apartments have a separate storage unit.
\nIn other apartments, the storage space is located
\ninside the apartment.<\/p>\n

Does my apartment have a storage unit?<\/strong>
You can find information about whether storage
\nunits are included with the apartments on the
\npage for your residential area.<\/p>\n

Make sure you are using the
\ncorrect storage unit<\/h3>\n

If a storage unit is included with your apartment,
\nit is usually marked with the same number as
\nyour apartment. Always check the number
\nbefore you start using the storage unit.<\/p>\n

If you rent a separate storage unit, you can find
\nthe storage unit number in your rental agreement.
\nMake sure that the number on the storage
\nunit matches the number in your agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This will help you avoid accidentally using someone

Always lock your

You are responsible for locking your
\nstorage unit. It must be locked even

Fire safety – What can I
\nstore in my storage unit?<\/h3>\n

For fire safety reasons, there are restrictions on
\nwhat can be stored in storage units. Flammable
\nor explosive materials must not be stored in
\nbasement or attic storage units.<\/p>\n

Keep all your belongings inside your own
\nstorage unit. Corridors and other common areas must be kept clear.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Home insurance<\/h3>\n

Remember that your home insurance is also
\nimportant for belongings stored in your storage unit.

As a tenant with a first-hand rental contract, you

Remember when you move out<\/strong>
Remember to empty and clean your storage unit
