If you already are a tenant you should check your Contract or your payment slip for your individual rent.<\/p>\n

Basic rent and monthly rent<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.<\/p>\n

The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space, heating, hot water, and electricity.
\nA tax fee (VAT) will be added on top of the rent.<\/strong> (This is already included above).<\/p>\n

On the payment slip, above the basic fee and the VAT, two other costs are added, for the obligatory
\ninternet connection and an obligatory fee of to the Council of Trustees <\/a>\u2192<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

The table above refers to the total rent per month, including additional costs of internet,
\ntax and fee to the Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

Furnishing, appliances, and fixtures<\/h2>\n

All the apartments are furnished. The apartments with a kitchenette have a refrigerator with freezer compartment, separate countertop oven, and two hotplates. The other apartments have a complete kitchen with a refrigerator and a freezer.<\/p>\n

Parking facilities for bicycles and cars<\/h2>\n

Outside the villa, there are parking facilities for bicycles.<\/p>\n

Laundry room<\/h2>\n

There is a communal laundry room in the basement of the villa, consisting of a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet. In the basement, there is also a sauna and a shower.<\/p>\n

Recycling and waste-handling<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste in or close to the building.<\/p>\n

Common spaces<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. Via The Council of trustees (FR) you can book billiards room, music room, cinema room, borrow tools, etc.

Swimming facility and roof terraces<\/strong>
\nAt Gibraltargatan 80 there is a swimming pool and sauna.

Barbecue Area<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There is a barbecue area in the neighbourhood that you are welcome to use. Please note that grilling is not allowed on balconies or patios.

Apartments for guest researchers<\/h2>\n

Apartments for guest researchers will not be published on our webpage. They are administrated separately by the institution International Staff Mobility at Chalmers (ISMO) in collaboration with us. We do not choose who will be offered apartments for guest researchers,\u00a0 this is done by ISMO.<\/p>\n

Guest researchers at Chalmers should contact ISMO for the housing queue and questions regarding housing. If you want to increase your chances to get one of our regular apartments, and not only the special apartments through ISMO, you need to register in our housing queue which you do in My Pages.<\/p>\n

Your housing host<\/h2>\n
