These charming apartments are located in the urban quarter Landala, on the address Holtermansgatan 3-5, Ascherbergsgatan 55-59 and Landalagatan 36. There is a communal courtyard with seating and barbeque facilities. It is a short walk to Chalmers Campus Johanneberg and the bus and tram stop Chalmers and Kapellplatsen, with several buses and trams.<\/p>\n

Basic rent and monthly rent<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.<\/p>\n

The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space, heating, hot water, and electricity.<\/p>\n

On the payment slip, two costs are added, for the obligatory internet connection, and also an obligatory fee of to the Council of Trustees <\/a>\u2192<\/a>.<\/a> All of the apartments have broadband with a speed of 1000 Mbit.<\/p>\n

The table above refers to the total rent per month, including additional costs of internet and fee to the Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

Furnishing, appliances, and fixtures<\/h2>\n

All of the apartments are unfurnished. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, refrigerator, and freezer, the bathroom is fully tiled. Some of the apartments have a balcony.<\/p>\n

Storage Unit<\/h2>\n

There is a storage unit for all of the apartments inside the building. It is also possible to rent separate storage.<\/p>\n

Parking facilities for bicycles and cars<\/h2>\n

On the communal courtyard, there are locked bike racks for tenants and visitors. There is no reserved parking space for cars.<\/p>\n

Laundry room<\/h2>\n

There are three communal laundry rooms, each consisting of a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet. Two laundry rooms are located on Aschebergsgatan 59A and a third on Holtermansgatan 5A. The room is bookable through My pages or outside of each laundry room.<\/p>\n

Postbox<\/h2>\n

A postbox per apartment for receiving mail is located in a separate room at the entrance to Holtermansgatan 3.<\/p>\n

Recycling and waste-handling<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste in or close to the building. On the courtyard, there are 3 recycling rooms for household garbage. Adjacent to the building on Holtermansgatan 5C there is a special recycling room where you can leave all types of recyclable fractions.<\/p>\n

Common spaces<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. Via The Council of trustees (FR) you can book billiards room, music room, cinema room, borrow tools, etc.

Swimming facility and roof terraces<\/strong>
\nAt Gibraltargatan 80 there is a swimming pool and sauna.

Barbecue Area<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There is a barbecue area in the neighbourhood that you are welcome to use. Please note that grilling is not allowed on balconies or patios.

Apartments for guest researchers<\/h2>\n

Apartments for guest researchers will not be published on our webpage. They are administrated separately by the institution International Staff Mobility at Chalmers (ISMO) in collaboration with us. We do not choose who will be offered apartments for guest scientists,\u00a0 this is done by ISMO.<\/p>\n

Guest scientists at Chalmers should contact ISMO for the housing queue and questions regarding housing. Note that you will also need to register in our housing queue. Register to our housing queue on My Pages.<\/p>\n
