Here we explain how the master
\nkey system works and what this
\nmeans.<\/p>\n

Safety and Access<\/strong>\n

We do not use the master key without your consent for planned work.<\/p>\n

If you prefer not to give consent, you may instead be present in the apartment while the work is carried out. You can easily indicate this in the response form.<\/p>\n

In emergency situations, such as a water leak or other risk to the property, we may need to enter without prior consent.
\nThis is uncommon and only done when necessary.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

  2. You respond via the link in the

  3. If you give your consent, you do
    \nnot need to be at home during
    \nthe visit.<\/li>\n

  5. If we do not receive a response,
    \nwe will leave a reminder note on
    \nyour door with a QR code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Master Key Approval<\/strong>:
    \nAllows us to perform work when you\u2019re not home.<\/p>\n

    When We Need to Access Your Apartment<\/h4>\n

    We are always committed to maintaining and
    \nimproving our apartments to provide you with
    \nthe best possible living environment.<\/p>\n

    In order to carry out certain types of work in
    \nyour apartment, we sometimes need access
    \nto your home when you are not there.<\/p>\n

    This may include repairs, installations, or
    \nother essential maintenance tasks.<\/p>\n

    What is the Master Key, and
    \nWhy is it Needed?<\/h4>\n

    To maintain and improve your apartment,
    \nwe sometimes need access when you\u2019re
    \nnot home.<\/p>\n

    By approving the use of the master key, we can
    \ncomplete the work quickly and efficiently
    \nwithout disrupting your daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When Legal Requirements Apply<\/h5>\n

    To make sure the indoor air is fresh and the ventilation systems work properly, a regular OVK \u2013 mandatory ventilation inspection \u2013 is carried out.<\/p>\n

    This inspection is required by Swedish law<\/strong> and ensures that the building meets today\u2019s standards and that the systems are well maintained. Think of it as a health check-up for the building \u2013 so you can breathe easy at home.<\/p>\n

    If you don\u2019t want us to use the
    \nmaster key, you must be home
