We as the landlord must come to an agreement if we need to make rent adjustments. In practice, this means that you will never have the same queue time with us as a regular landlord in town. It is in negotiation with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chalmersstudentbostader.se\/en\/bo-hos-oss\/council-of-trustees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Council of Trustees<\/a> together we decide on annual rent changes based on a careful calculation model that takes many different factors into account.
