This student housing is located across from the fitness center Fysiken, and close to a green area. The building is within walking distance to Chalmers Campus Johanneberg and a grocery shop. There is a bus stop right outside, with a direct bus to the city center. During 2012 there was a renovation of the existing apartments and two new floors were added.<\/p>\n

Monthly rent<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.<\/p>\n

The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space, storage unit where applicable, and heating. Hot water and electricity are charged individually. On the invoice, two costs are added, for the obligatory internet connection, and also an obligatory fee of to the Council of Trustees <\/a>\u2192<\/a>.<\/a> All of the apartments have broadband with a speed of 1000 Mbit.<\/p>\n

Furnishing, appliances, and fixtures<\/h2>\n

All of the apartments are unfurnished. In every apartment, there is a combined refrigerator and freezer. The studios and flats with a kitchen have a complete kitchen. The kitchenettes have two hotplates. The bathroom has a tile floor and tile walls.<\/p>\n

Storage units<\/h2>\n

There is a possibility to rent a storage unit, this fee will be added to your total rent. The newly built apartments have a storage unit included in the rent.<\/p>\n

Parking facilities for bicycles and cars<\/h2>\n

Between Gibraltargatan 80 and 94 there are bicycle parking facilities for tenants. The car park, for both tenants and visitors, is located at the Emilsborg housing complex.<\/p>\n

Laundry room<\/h2>\n

Located at At Gibraltargatan 84, 90 and 86 (Emergency laundry room) there are communal laundry rooms, each consisting of a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet. The room is bookable via My Pages or outside of each laundry room.<\/p>\n

Postbox<\/h2>\n

A postbox per apartment for receiving mail is located in a room beside the entrances.<\/p>\n

Recycling and waste-handling<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste close to the building. Outside the main entrance, you can leave your compost and other waste. Adjacent to the building there is a special recycling room where you can leave all types of recyclable fractions. For waste that can\u2019t be fractioned adjacent to the building, there is a communal recycling station located at Gibraltargatan 94.<\/p>\n

Common spaces<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. Via The Council of trustees (FR) you can book billiards room, music room, cinema room, borrow tools, etc. In your building you have access to a sauna, sewing room and a project room.
