Basic rent and monthly rent<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you are billed for rent every month, and the rent is charged over twelve (12) months.<\/p>\n

The basic rent fee is built up from the rent of the living space, heating, and hot water.\u00a0The individual messurement of electricity is charged separately. On the payment slip, two costs are added, for the obligatory internet connection, and also an obligatory fee of to the Council of Trustees <\/a>\u2192<\/a>.<\/a> All of the apartments have broadband with a speed of 1000 Mbit.<\/p>\n

The table above refers to the total rent per month, including additional costs of internet and fee to the Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

Furnishing, appliances, and fixtures<\/h2>\n

All of the apartments are unfurnished. In every apartment, there is a refrigerator and a freezer, and a complete kitchen. The bathroom has a tile floor and tile walls. Some of the apartments have a terrace.<\/p>\n

Storage<\/h2>\n

There is a separate storage unit inside every apartment. It is also possible to rent separate storage.<\/p>\n

Parking facilities for bicycles and cars<\/h2>\n

In the basement of the building, there is a locked bicycle room with one reserved space per apartment. Just adjacent to the front door, there are outdoor bike racks for visitors. The car park, for both tenants and visitors, is located at the Emilsborg housing complex.<\/p>\n

Laundry room<\/h2>\n

The communal laundry room is situated on floor levels 1 and 4, each consisting of a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hot air-drying cabinet. The room is bookable via My Pages or outside of each laundry room.<\/p>\n

Postbox<\/h2>\n

A postbox per apartment for receiving mail is just inside the front main door on the entrance floor.<\/p>\n

Recycling and waste-handling<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you can sort and fraction your household waste in the building, where you can sort paper, plastics, metal, glass, household waste, and food waste. For waste that can\u2019t be fractioned adjacent to the building, there is a communal recycling station located at Gibraltargatan 94.<\/p>\n

Common spaces<\/h2>\n

As a tenant, you have access to several facilities in our properties. In your building you find the billiards room, music room and also the party room across the street.\u00a0 Book the rooms via The Council of trustees (FR).

Swimming facility and roof terraces<\/strong>
\nAt Gibraltargatan 80 there is a swimming pool and sauna.

Bicycle workshop<\/strong>
\nAs a tenant at Emilsborg, you have access to our shared bicycle workshop at Gibraltargatan 82B.<\/span><\/p>\n

Barbecue Area<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There is a barbecue area outside Emils Livs and on the hill in the middle of Emilsborg that you are welcome to use. Please note that grilling is not allowed on balconies or patios.
