If so, this page is for you.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div   class=\"SL-Rad  child-items-\">\n    \n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"SL-Kolumn SL-Kolumn-6 \">\n    \n<\/div>\n<p data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Chalmers Studentbost\u00e4der <span>reserves a number of apartments each year for newly admitted students.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span>The apartments are allocated by lottery, but you<br \/>\nneed to be registered in our housing queue to apply.<\/p>\n<p>The apartments consist of one room and a kitchen<br \/>\nwith a maximum rent of\u00a0 around <strong>6,500<\/strong> SEK\/month,<br \/>\ndistributed throughout our properties.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chalmersstudentbostader.se\/en\/vara-bostader\/\">More about our housing<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">This is how it works.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">1. It&#8217;s enough to email once (1).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">2. Selection <\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>The selection is done randomly where we match the email addresses with our housing queue and Chalmers&#8217; admission list. Make sure your contact information is up to date on My Pages.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">3. Offer <\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you are offered an apartment, you will be contacted by us via email when the admission lists from Chalmers are ready in early August. If you do not hear from us, you were not allocated an apartment but are of course welcome to apply through our housing queue.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is not possible to choose an apartment.<\/li>\n<li>Accept or decline the offer you receive.<\/li>\n<li>If you decline, it goes to another applicant and you keep your queue points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">4. Contract signing<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>When it is time to sign the contract, you sign digitally on My Pages. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>In connection with signing, you upload your admission notice from Chalmers. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"\u00d6vers\u00e4ttning\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>The contract states the date you get access to the apartment.
