Documents that are approved to get a contract

In case you are offered a contract the following documents have to be approved. This regards active studies at Chalmers University of Technology or Gothenburg University. (Distance studies do not apply). Our study requirements are that you take at least 7.5 points per semester.

What documents are approved?

The documents that are approved to get a contract at CSB are as follows. The document should be in pdf for efficient handling.

 

Where do I upload the certificates?

Letter of acceptance/Certificates/Employment agreement are to be uploaded on My Pages when you get an email from us to log on and sign digitally. Please do not send anything by email unless we ask you to do it.

Are you a previous tenant? Then you need to send the document by email.
If you have lived at CSB before we need to correct your maximum tenancy period. If your documents are approved we will send you the contract by email for signing. (In this case you will not sign on My Pages). You will get an email from us with a contract offer and we will ask you to enclose your documents in the email.

Are you applying for a short-term contract?
If you are applying for a short-term contract, you need to send the document by email together with your contact details.
