Customer survey – Your opinion matters

How our customer survey works

To help us improve our housing and services, we regularly carry out a customer satisfaction survey among our tenants. Since August 2024, the survey has been sent out monthly between August and May. Each month, a selection of tenants receives an email with a link to the survey.

By measuring more frequently, we can quickly identify what works well and what needs improvement.

Everyone who completes the survey is automatically entered into a draw to win one month of free rent and gift cards.

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete, like taking a breake from your studies. What do you have to loose?
