In consultation with the Council of Trustees, we have taken a decision to close the pool area at Gibraltargatan 80 during the period 01/01/2023 – 08/31/2023. This as the pool needs to go throug hmajor maintenance and repair, among other things due to leakage. At the same time, we will save a greater amount of electricity and energy during this period.
In this year’s rent negotiation, our ambition has been to keep the rent increase down as much as possible, despite the increased prices in society. By closing the pool area, we also take the opportunity to take our responsibility in terms of saving electricity. With small and simple means, together we can make a big difference and create a sustainable world.
