Hope you haven´t missed that you can pay your rent with an e-invoice? To avoid paying your rental invoice on My Pages every month, you can receive this as an e-invoice directly in your internet bank! Please note that you need a Swedish bank account for using this. Below we list 3 benefits of e-invoicing:
- It is easier to keep track of the bills and avoid late fees.
- Unlike direct debit where payment is made automatically, you need to approve your payment with E-invoice. You can easily make sure you have money in your account when the payment is made.
- E-invoice is environmentally friendly.
To apply for an E-invoice, proceed as follows:
- Log in to your Swedish internet bank.
- Click on “Registration e-invoice” or “Registration of electronic invoice”.
- Search for the Chalmers Studenthem in the list and register.
- Done! The e-invoice comes to your internet bank every month.
Keep in mind that you need to approve your e-invoice every month, as it is not deducted automatically. If you have problems approving the invoice, please contact your bank.
