The year 2021 is coming to an end and it has been a special year, not only because of the prevailing pandemic, also around what we at Chalmers Studentbostäder have done during the year. We take care of our tenants and do everything we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. With a focus on quality, development and information, we are ready for new challenges for next year! But what has really happened at Chalmers Studentbostäder in 2021?
Two records in the NKI survey were broken this year!Highest noted participation in the NKI survey, as much as 70%, and highest noted NKI for us since we started measuring customer satisfaction. In addition, we won first prize in the category of over 1500 student housing. Many thanks for your participation, it is because of the response rate that we can develop as your housing.To continue to have the most satisfied students with us, we have taken several measures, including renovations and improvements to our properties. For example, we have painted entrances, renovated some of our laundry rooms, developed our technical systems for digital bookings, expanded outside areas, outdoor environments and much more! To keep up with digital development, we are also working on more digital and creative solutions!
In 2021 we had the premiere and move-in day forour latest addition, Emilsbro. A modern extension project with unique architecture and as many as 42 new student apartments!
For 2022, we work to ensure that you as a tenant continue to be satisfied with living at Chalmers Studentbostäder. Through your participation in the annual NKI survey, we can do everything we can to be your best housing host. Your word is of the most important things for us to be able to implement smart solutions that make your everyday life easier.
