Staying active at home

The new restrictions from the Swedish Public Health Agency say that we should all avoid going to the gym or public bathhouses to decrease the spread of Covid-19. At the same time, sitting down too much has been called “the new smoking” as it can lead to serious diseases. The Swedish Public Health Agency recommends everyone to be active for 150 minutes each week. We think it is important to stay active, for the importance of your physical and mental health. Thus, we have gathered tips on how to stay active in a different everyday routine.
