As a new term begins, it becomes harder for students to get a student apartment in Gothenburg. We are trying to change that by, amongst other things, building new student housing! Before 2019 ends, we will have opened 219 new student apartments in Gothenburg!
We are also continuously making sure that our tenants have a right to the rental agreement that they have.
To hold a contract, the undergraduate tenant must fulfill some requirements, such as pass several courses and be a paying member in one of the following Student Unions in Gothenburg:
- Chalmers Student Union
- Sahlgrenska Akademins Studentkår
- Konstkåren
- Göta Studentkår
- Handelshögskolans i Göteborg Studentkår
During the summer, we are going to check that all undergraduate tenants fulfill these requirements. If a tenant needs an exception, a form can be submitted to us.
